Grilled Chicken – Fast-Easy-Healthy!

* In a bowl combine paprika, olive oil garlic, a touch of salt and pepper; mix well. Rub both sides of organic chicken thigh with mixture (or use chicken breast if dark meat isn’t your thang).

* Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender and no pink remains.

* If you feel like it, make it fancy & garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve with green beans.
